We have had some spectacular culture over the past few months and we hope that you have been able to get to see some of the passionate work being done in Southampton. Our Neck of the Woods by Unexpected Places

A performance about you, your next door neighbour and the people who come together to make a community. We would like to invite Southampton residents to join us to tell us about themselves and gather the communites thoughts to create the performance.

Predictive Poetry by Chris Cudlip

An investigation and interpretation of the phenomena that sculptor Chris has termed “Predictive Poetry” originating in the text messages sent on our mobile phones. After carrying out workshops the collaborative ceramic installation will launch on 28 Nov at Albion Studios.

 

Children of the Mantic Stain by Linder 

A new ballet by British Art Show 8 artist Linder, made in collaboration with choreographer Kenneth Tindall, fashion designer Christopher Shannon and composer Maxwell Sterling. Performed by dancers from the Northern Ballet.
