A chance to see the exhibition combined with panel discussions and Q&As with artists, curators and arts leaders from the region. The symposium will provide a platform for dialogue on the show, reflecting on present and past British Art Shows in Southampton and making reference to cultural developments in the city. What is the future shape of the British Art Show? Can it ignite the cultural prospects of a city? What do regional audiences want from our nationally-supported visual arts infrastructure?
